1.1 General
The delivery and payment terms and conditions apply to all order agreements. When you place an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of Scently
1.2 Prices
All prices on the website include 21% VAT and exclude any shipping costs. Scently has the right to change prices at any time. The new prices will not be implemented for orders already to be delivered. Any charges for orders from customers abroad will be borne by the customer abroad.
1.3 Paying
After your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation by return with a summary of the items ordered and the total amount listed, including shipping costs.
Payment must be made in advance.
The payment options are:
– Bank transfer via IBAN: NL02KNAB0775428345 with attention of Scently with the order number.
– Cash payment, on collection.
Upon receipt of payment the order will be shipped within 5 days.
If the article is no longer available or has a longer delivery time this will be communicated to you by e-e-mail.
1.4 Shipping
Within the Netherlands:
For orders by letter mail the normal rate is used + a small contribution for packaging material.
For orders up to 10 kg , € 7.50 shipping costs will be charged.
Orders from 10 kg to 30 kg will be charged € 13,50 shipping costs.
Included here are, administration fees, shipping costs, packaging costs, iDEAL/bank account fees, etc.
For customers outside the Netherlands, shipping costs depend on the country the package is to be sent to.
1.5 Bestellingen afhalen
If you place an order that you wish to pick up yourself at Scently in Roosendaal, after placing the order, you will receive an e-mail with the times for pickup. The order must be paid in advance with iDEAL.
1.6 Cancellation
You have the option to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing an order, at no extra cost, m.except for items ordered or made especially for you. Orders for all other products can be cancelled at any time, within 24 hours, and the consumer has 7 days from the day of delivery in which he or she may return the goods without giving reasons and only shipping costs will be charged, m.except for items ordered or made especially for you. To cancel, please go to info@scently.nl. If you have paid for the cancelled order, you will receive a refund. If you have not cancelled the order within 24 hours or cannot provide a confirmation of cancellation, then you are liable for payment.

1.7 Right of return
If the article ordered does not meet your requirements, you can return the article within 14 working days of receipt. Scently is never liable for lost or damaged items shipped. The items ordered are packed with the utmost care. Shipping is in all cases at the risk of the buyer. If you want, you can have the mail sent as parcel post which reduces the risk of breakage, and if you wish insured shipping can be chosen when ordering according to the rates of PostNL. Costs for this are for the buyer. Please mention this under remarks. Scently ‘s liability is limited to the amount of the invoice sent in this regard.
1.9 Disputes
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in mutual consultation as much as possible. If that proves not possible, the Dutch court has jurisdiction and the court in the district where Scently is located has jurisdiction. Although Scently does its best to provide all information, services and products as good and flawless as possible, it cannot be held responsible for any errors, defects, lost revenue or other damaged consequences, resulting from use of this website.

Scently reserves the right to make interim changes to the terms and conditions and content of its website . Nothing from this website may be copied, saved and/or distributed without written permission from Scently.

Your personal data will be stored in Scently’ s customer system in order to process the order and will not be provided to third parties. In addition, Scently uses your data for sending mailings. We follow the regulations according to the Privacy Act here.
2.3 Size and color differences
You should take into account small size and color differences of the depicted products. This is because they are mostly natural products. The products are not shown in actual size, but usually the size of the product is indicated with the article.
