Shipping and returns

Delivery time

When you place an order with us, weaim to ship your products within 1-3 business days. Because all of our products are handmade, it can sometimes take a little longer to ship, especially for personalized or larger orders. Should it not be possible to ship within the allotted time, we will of course keep you informed about the status of your order.

We use DHL for all our shipments, which usually deliver within 1 working day after dispatch, so you can have your order delivered quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs Netherlands

For orders within the Netherlands, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95 to a parcel point and €5.95 for home delivery. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €65!

Shipping costs Belgium

For our customers in Belgium, we apply a shipping rate of €6.95. Enjoy free shipping for all orders over €65.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code. This allows you to easily track your package and see the expected delivery date.

Scently is all about customer satisfaction. Our products are made just for you, and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Unique to you

Because your soaps and candles are unique and handmade to your specifications, they cannot be returned by default. Due to the handmade process, slight variations in weight, color or finish may occur, giving each product its own character. We therefore recommend that you carefully review all the details before ordering. Should you need help or have any doubts, our team is always ready to help you with personal advice.

Support for defects

Do you receive a product that is damaged or defective? Please let us know within a reasonable period of time, preferably as soon as possible after receipt. We will of course provide an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund.

Return costs

If we decide together that a return is necessary, you will pay the cost of return shipping yourself. In case of problems such as damage, errors in delivery or defects, we will of course reimburse the cost of the return.
