A 10 for service! Before ordering, I contacted Scently through WhatsApp and their service was quick and helpful. I needed the soaps, to make a soap necklace. Scently even made holes in them. The package had been delayed or lost by the carrier for a week. A new package was sent immediately. Super service! Finally, both were delivered. The soaps look and smell great.

I had some questions before placing my order, and I received a quick response. I placed the order (for the wrong color), but since we had already been in contact, I was immediately asked if that was correct. It was really thoughtful and considerate! When the soaps arrived it also smelled beyond expectation delicious and it looks super nice, can't wait to give them to my maternity visitors 🩵

I ordered soap necklaces for a girls' party, and the order arrived neatly and carefully packaged. The girls loved them; all those beautiful and delicious-smelling soaps made it a great success! The website is nice and clear, and the WhatsApp function for questions was very helpful, as I had a few inquiries. I received a response within an hour.

We had some questions about the order beforehand and wanted a soap to be customized. Our inquiries were answered quickly, and everything was possible. We were kept informed about the status via both email and WhatsApp. The order arrived on time, and everything looked great (except for the box, which may have been damaged by PostNL). The communication and service were truly excellent.
